Welcome
Synapsis is the alignment of creative animal assisted services (AAS) with the knowledge base of neuroscience, relationship and development sciences, and trauma-responsive education.
By integrating the science of relationships, we can demonstrate how the principles modeled through interactions with animals can be effectively applied to enhance human-to-human connections and services.
This process empowers practitioners to create deeper, more meaningful relationships within their professional and personal lives, fostering growth and resilience for both individuals and the communities they serve.

"Jennifer Rogers is a natural born presenter and facilitator. I have had the pleasure of working with her over the past decade and have participated in her presentations including formal presentations, facilitating discussion and working groups, and in hands on training courses for several different topics related to dog preparation and training, human-animal interactions, human-animal bond, and animal assisted services. Her audience is always captivated by her message and the thoughtful way she presents it, participants always engage and leave with excitement to improve their skills in any content she offers. I cannot recommend her speaking and facilitating skills enough to do them justice. "

"I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Jennifer on numerous occasions. Her calming, clear presence is felt by both humans and animals fortunate enough to be around her. It’s truly amazing to witness the unspoken connection she shares with every animal she works with.
Having worked in somatic and trauma-based therapies for some time, I find myself constantly learning just by watching Jennifer work. The world would undoubtedly benefit from more people offering the kind of care, wisdom, and presence that she does."
